Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will love and enjoy your STELLA SHERIFF garments, however if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your item(s) we will happily assist you with this. Please refer to the full set of guidelines on this page for further information.
Note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, please get in touch by emailing us at contact@stellasheriff.com and we will assist you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to include the invoice provided with your original order in your return shipment.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Return shipments must be made using a tracked and signed for delivery service and sent to the address provided following your return request.
International customers will be liable for any import duties that we incur when receiving your return/exchange. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Only international exchanges will require an additional shipping cost before being dispatched.
Refunds will only be issued after receipt of the item(s) being returned. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date your package has been collected for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, we will issue you with a refund either to the original payment method or in the form of store credit. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Our returns policy applies to both full-priced and discounted items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
EXCHANGES
If an item isn’t perfect – for example you need a different size or different colour – and you would like to exchange your item, the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to first return the original item and subsequently place a new order. Your original item will be refunded in accordance with our returns policy as outlined above.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If, for any reason, you would like to cancel your order before your items have been dispatched, please confirm this in writing to contact@stellasheriff.com. On receipt of your notice of order cancellation, we will review and will reimburse any relevant payments received from you, including shipping costs in excess of our standard and cheapest delivery option, within 28 days.
If, for any reason, you would like to cancel your order after your items have been dispatched, then you need to notify us of your decision to do this within 28 days from the day after you receive your items. You can notify us by email as mentioned above. On receipt of your notice of order cancellation, you will have 28 days to return your items to us. Please note that you are liable for the cost of returning the items to us.
