Currently we are only operating online.

We ship from the United Kingdom so if you are an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For additional information we recommend contacting your local customs office. As part of the shipping process, Stella Sheriff is legally required to declare the full value paid on items and must include an invoice for customs should it be required.

Yes, we offer 14 calendar day returns on all items. For our full Returns Policy please click here.

Please email us within 5 days of receiving the item at contact@stellasheriff.com with your order number and details of the problem. Once we receive your email we will assess the situation and if necessary we will organise a refund or replacement for you.

When you reach the checkout stage you will have the option to add your promotional code or Gift Card. Note that only one promotional code can be redeemed per single order and you can use a promotional code and Gift Card in the same order.

Stella Sheriff e-gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. E-gift cards will receive an email with the code to apply at checkout. If your Gift Card or credit has expired we are more than happy to extend it as long as it has been requested within 3 weeks of expiration.

Please check that you are entering it correctly as all codes are case sensitive. If you are still having trouble applying your discount, please contact us at contact@stellasheriff.com.

Assuming that the items in your order are in stock, orders placed before 3pm GMT Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same working day, and orders placed after 3pm GMT will be dispatched the following working day. During busy periods, holiday periods and sales there may be a delay on the dispatch of your order, however in any event we will confirm to you when your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been displaced you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include tracking information for your order.

Absolutely. If you add an item to your wishlist you will be notified as soon as it comes back in stock.

You can shop without creating an account however we would recommend that you register with us so that you can benefit from:

- Adding pieces you missed out on or love to your Wish List

- Tracking your order and reviewing previous orders

- Save your key details so that you can shop easier and faster in the future

- Organise an exchange or return from your account

If you need to reset your password or have forgotten it, you can request a link to reset it via the ‘Forgotten password’ path on the ‘My Account’ page

Our garments will arrive to you in our luxury signature black boxes which are reusable and recyclable. These boxes are perfect for gifting. Our accessories, if not purchased alongside garments, will arrive to you in basic packaging in order to reduce environmental footprint.
