PURCHASE OF ITEMS ON OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order with the Stella Sheriff online store you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Before your order can be accepted, we must receive full payment for the goods. As soon as payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provided in your order form. This email will include your order number, details of the items you have ordered from us as well as delivery details. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order. All contracts are concluded in the English language.

We reserve the right to refuse to process (and therefore accept) a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. This includes refusing to process a transaction or cancelling or suspending any transaction after processing has started.

PRICES
All prices on the Stella Sheriff website are given in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. Prices do not include delivery costs and it might not be possible for us to deliver to certain locations. The total amount of your order including VAT and delivery is displayed in the shopping cart on the checkout page.

You must make full payment for the goods at the time of the order. We reserve the right to change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product’s actual price is in fact higher than that stated in your order and you reserve the right to cancel the order at that time.


ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM

Prices can be displayed in a range of currencies displayed on our website. For products sold to clients within the European Union, the UK VAT rate of 20% is applied.

Kindly note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control and are not liable as they are imposed by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you are responsible for these charges. Stella Sheriff is not responsible for any delays on good that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by shipping agents or customs authorities. We cannot accept any responsibility or liability if the goods are late due to unforeseen courier problems or in the event of non-delivery or any other breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such breach is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be your responsibility and we will not be liable for their destruction or loss.

We cannot accept any responsibility or liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered, or any other breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions, that is caused by circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, fire, flood, explosion or accident, breakdown of systems or network access, lock-outs, strikes, and other industrial disputes.
